Went for Jom Kurus program under my observation, her fitness was at below average and body condition was unhealthy. So guiding her with healthy meal prep and tips on exercise throughout the 6 weeks program. The result was good that she managed to reduce weight a bit.

Now fast forward today. Her appearance has changed drastically and manage to reduce weight up to 10kg. Less than a year? Wow!!😱😱😱

I’m really proud of where she has reach this far. Like I always remind to anyone that wants my advice or even to myself. “Slow progress is better than no progress”. Keep doing what ever you have planned out to get fit and healthy in your own pace. One day eventually you will achieve it. 😊👍🏻
